« One of the best trips my family has ever taken! The caboose is charming with amazing views and plenty of furry company. The house was clean and the yard/fire pit area was spectacular. The only negative is the water smells a bit funky, but that should not be a deterrent because this trip is so special. Do not miss out, book the caboose!! »

« Loved the old house with new updates! Sitting on the back porch sipping your coffee and watching the deer and groundhogs in the backyard was the best! The Host was very quick with communication and was actually in town while we were there and came by to show us around. You do need to know that you will lose service about 20 mins from the house, but the host has amazing WIFI and will give you the password before you get there so you can pull up, connect, and message him if need be. « 5/5 stars! The home was darling! Anika and Ahsan were incredibly responsive. The house was well stocked, clean, and filled with attentive amenities for guests to use and enjoy. There was a snowstorm while we were there and someone came early to plow and shovel our pathway. We received a detailed guide for local activities and establishments. Would love to visit again! »

« Our stay at the farmhouse was excellent. Our family enjoyed the dinners around the large dining room table and the s’mores at the fire pit one evening. Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning. Grabbed a 1860 book at a nearby Hobart bookstore, enjoyed lunch from the Bakers Grimm in Delhi and dinner another night at a brewery in Cooperstown following an hour drive to the baseball hall of fame. « This is a Cooperstown gem! Sandra is a great host and very responsive. As for the property, a great location and short ride from Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown. Plenty of space for a few families and the adjacent cottage was an added bonus that let us spread out a little more. Can't forget the pool out back and the woods all around. Highly recommend to all looking! »
