This was a perfect place for us to stay while we were in Richmond. Communication was super easy and the house was really well stocked. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

The house was perfect for our needs and I loved being able to have tea every morning without having to drive a long way for it. We enjoyed our stay very much. The owner was fantastic with communication anytime I had a question.

Excellent space for a weekend getaway. Near to town, large park and shopping. Easy check in and out. I always check if seating options matches amount of allowed guests. There were enough seats at dining table and in living room for all to gather for meals and movies. A couple more chairs on the front porch would have been nice but we had some with us that we used. The kitchen was well stocked with plates silverware and spices and appliances. The neighborhood was quiet at night. The bedroom had charging station for all our devices which was very helpful. Overall, my sisters and I enjoyed our time and if back in the area, I would stay here again.

We were in town for my son's graduation from EKU and needed room for the family. This was so much better than staying in a hotel. If we ever return to this area, we will definitely look into staying here again.

Beautiful family home

Really nice house, perfect for hosting our family. The beds were extremely comfortable and the AC was nice and cold. We plan on staying here again next year.

We came in town for a quick visit for a friends wedding. This house was cute, conveniently located, clean and very comfortable. I will book this home on my next visit.

Fabulous place to stay for in Richmond KY

Six friends having a girls weekend. The house was excellent and very clean. Could have use a few more towels a wash cloths. We would definitely stay here again.

Jamie was amazing to work with. Was able to adjust our original stay due to flight changes. House was very clean and everything we needed for our morning coffee was waiting for us.

Sisters Weekend

We booked for a Friday night concert at Renfro Valley, we made a weekend trip out of the event and stayed two nights, went shopping Saturday at some of the shops not far from the house. The Peddlers Mall was a favorite. There’s a nice lake with a lot to do. Looking forward to a return trip!

Pa to Ky and back

Very clean and well supplied. Nice front porch and comfortable seating. No problems with any of the instructions for entry or checking out of the property.
