Built in 1922, this 1,170 sq. ft. townhome is centrally located right in the heart of the Fan in Richmond, VA. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, a front porch perfect for people watching, and a more private fenced in back yard/deck. Private parking spot in the back. Location, location, location!!

The house is so close to many fun and interesting things, but if you'd prefer to stay in-we also have plenty of books and games provided in the house.
The space
3 bedrooms- one with a twin bed, one with a queen size, and a third with a king. 1 bathroom with a large shower (no tub). Large eat-in kitchen. Comfortable living room with tv and leather couch/chairs. Fenced in back yard with a deck and fire pit. There is a parking space in the back, but be advised this spot is for mid-small cars- a large car/truck will not fit. We also have a guest parking pass that can be put into the dash of a car so that you don’t have to worry about the 2 hour parking out front.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole rowhouse - including the private fenced in back yard and cozy front porch. There are keyless entry code pads for easy self check in.
