We could not have asked for a cleaner, more comfortable place to stay this past weekend. The home was sooo clean and outfitted with everything we needed. Ample parking, quiet neighborhood. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of clean towels, and comfortable beds, and a very responsive host. The home is central to many amazing restaurants, historical sights, and event places. Many within walking distance. Great place to stay to explore the city.

We had a very enjoyable time staying at the property. It is in the middle of a very up and coming area with lots of great places to eat between the house and the convention center. We had everything we needed for a long weekend with 6 people staying on property. Would certainly book again!

Lovely place, super comfortable beds, roomy, very clean and classy. Luke was very responsive and helpful and even showed up in person to make sure everything was okay. The back space was so nice with the fire pit! Although the fire did run out of fuel after about 20 minutes. Also we love the neighborhood, it's very close to where we went to high school, the beautiful and historic Maggie Walker building. We would definitely come here again.

We all had a wonderful stay at City Richmond Life! Although we did not use the area in the fenced-in backyard, it appears to be a wonderful hang out for all ages. A place to gather, relax, enjoy the ambience and all its amenities. The home is updated and modern yet very cozy and made us feel very welcome. Luke was very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Just as advertised! Luke was exceptionally responsive when we had questions, and the property was convenient to local restaurants and bars. We were only a 30 minute Uber ride from the wedding venue, and 10 minute from events the day before and after. Street parking was very accessible if you are in more than 1 car. The espresso machine was a bit of a learning curve, and there are easy instructions to follow. The house has plenty of towels and lovely upgrades inside and out. We would definitely stay here again.

We had wonderful stay here while visiting Richmond. House is elegantly furnished and nicely equipped, is conveniently located to downtown Richmond, and met all our needs. Nice touches like gourmet expresso machine and upscale toiletries were appreciated.Parking was good and we enjoyed chatting with the friendly neighbors. Love the patio!Checking in was easy and the host (Luke) provided many details about the property and things to do in Richmond.Luke is a fantastic host and was very responsive when I had a question.Would definitely recommend 'City Life Richmond'

Fantastic Home

This is our second time stay in one of Luke's properties. He and his family have put together absolutely beautiful homes with all of the amenities. Wedding weekend

Stayed one night with family for wedding in Richmond. Wonderful accommodations. Lovely themes in each room and Carver Historic District so convenient to everything Patio setting an A+ for visiting and relaxing. Would recommend to anyone looking for cozy, clean, and good accommodations in Richmond.

We were in town for the Iron Blossom Festival. Luke was a terrific host, very accommodating. The house is lovely and had everything we needed. The outdoor space is really terrific! Off street parking was a bonus.

Beautiful place!

Beautifully designed and upscale place! Stayed here for a weekend getaway with a group of friends. Enjoyed the small details, such as the fancy espresso machine with local coffee to try, toiletry items, guidebooks, etc. We also enjoyed sitting out back around the fire pit. Convenient driving location to restaurants, breweries, parks. There was a little noise at night, but overall a great stay! The host is very responsive for any questions we had prior to and during our stay.
