Perfect for families and friend groups. This lovely ranch house includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, in house laundry, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, dining area. A beautiful deck with a grill, outdoor dining area and fire pit. It is comfortably host up to 8 people.

Enjoy a leisurely stroll to nearby local cafes for your morning coffee or explore the unique boutiques and antique shops in the surrounding areas. For those seeking outdoor adventures, parks and green spaces are within easy reach. The neighborhood is known for its friendly atmosphere and convenient access to everything Richmond has to offer.



Getting Around:

Getting around Richmond is a breeze from our home! You'll find free parking right on the premises and also on the street. For those flying in, Richmond International Airport (RIC) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. If you prefer public transport, the GRTC Transit System offers bus routes throughout the city, with stops located within a reasonable distance of the house. Downtown Richmond, with its many attractions and restaurants, is just a short drive or bus ride away. Driving to major transit hubs is easy, and ride-sharing services are readily available as well.



Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that we do not accept bookings from local guests, guests with past negative reviews/no reviews, or new accounts. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. We welcome dogs, but we do not allow cats. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. Kindly respect quiet hours, especially between 9 PM and 8 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
