There is also a shower room. Outside there is a private front decking and lawn with wood-fired hot tub - starter pack included, as well as access to surrounding woodland, and off-road parking is available. Within 2.1 miles you will find a shop and within 1.3 miles, a pub and please note that this is a non-smoking property. One dog welcome. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Bracken Fern is a lovely base for an escape to North Yorkshire. Note: The property is on a working farm. Note: There are steps up to the property. Note: There is no TV in the property. Please note: This property only accepts a Monday or Friday change over day. Adults only, the property doesn't accept children or babes in arms.
