« The property was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen area is open concept to living area and well set up. The patio looks out over the pool but it was very quiet at night. The only drawback is the property access is through an app for each door and you have to scroll through each description to find the correct access. « Property was booked and then cancelled within 4 hours of check in. Management company refused to take responsibility and blamed the 3rd party (Livly) they use. « Had trouble getting into the building. Vital card key information was not shared properly between Expedia, VRBO and us. Had to call for VRBO support at midnight to get into our rooms which took about an hour. Host was very understanding and accommodating once she found out that we had encountered so many problems entering. Make sure you download the correct app and that you have access to wifi or other network before arriving. »
