« This hotel was a welcomed surprise. The front desk staff were very helpful and professional. They were attentive to my needs and did not hesitate to help and made my stay better than expected. I would like to give a special shout out to one of the front desk staff and I think her name Muffin I think, and she went above and beyond to help me when I had problems with my phone. To be honest you don’t get this kind of service any more. The ladies of the front desk rock!! They made my stay perfect. »

« The building was not well maintained especially on the outside. The pool was not filled and what water was there was green. There was trash all around the building which didn’t seem to get picked up. We were in a non-smoking room, but a few doors down from a smoking room and it was horrible. « The Bathroom. The Pretty Room looked like a picture in a Book & it reminded me of Walmart bedding Department. I’m pleasingly pleased to have spent the night. It would be nice if the drapes had weights to avoid being blown up by the Air Conditioner. I was also pleased with breakfast. The food service staff was so friendly. She made my second waffle prettier than the one I poured.Her service was amazing & appreciated. Every issue I thought I had was addressed & solved. »
