We often "camp out" at this cool little country B&B during the Christmas holidays with friends. Cowboy Campout is a 15-acre working horse ranch just north of Historic Montgomery, Texas near the Sam Houston National Forest. The bunkhouse accommodates 12 guests in semi-private rooms. Was a nice stay except for the leaking sewage pipe coming out from our cabin. Each time the toilet flushed, sewage sprayed out onto the ground. We had a small child with us, so docking points for health and safety. I told the property representative, who apologized and said they would fix the problem. ...

No one reported construction happening on the roof and I was not made away until check in to a non refundable room. Even just during daytime hours, I would have never booked with a toddler knowing construction was happening. The ceiling in the room was disgusting and had major water damage
