« We’ve stayed here before and conditions were much better. This time, Room 401, was atrocious. The A/C would not get the humidity out of the room no matter what the temperature setting. The Fan was set to AUTO but never shut off even though you could hear the compressor cycle. The sheets were “scratchy” which was another new problem.
