« Absolutely amazing! Right from the start, good communication, I asked quite a few questions and they got answered. Emma, the house keeper went over and above for us. She was great. She got us biscuits and milk for when we arrived, she put the heating on ready for us. The house itself wa perfect. It made our stay the best. Hot tub was great and the open fire was even better. Can not fault this stay at all. Perfect location. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you Emma for everything. See you again...

« Cleanliness of the property and facilities good. Description on sleeps upto to 4 and sofa bed inside Sky Pod 1 is incorrect. The sofa is a standard sofa and only contains a double bed. When questioned with host via email I was offered a mattress for hire. When I pointed out the accommodation is advertised as standard sleeps upto 4 and the accommodation is stated sky pod 1 with a sofa bed, I received no response. Also had issues with set up of the TV. « What a fabulous place! A well equipped property with an abundance of necessary items. The beds were nice and comfortable with ample warm covers , also plenty of towels were provided. We didn't experience any problems with the water pressure, but then again, there were only 4 of us staying We loved the walk to the waterfall from the chapel . « The cottage was very convenient for tourist attractions around Swansea, Cardiff and the Brecon Beacons. The internet connection was poor and this included the TV. The property is old and would benefit from some serious professional decorating and carpet fitting. That said, you get what you pay for and this was an inexpensive solution for us as a last minute break, and we were comfortable enough and warm. »

"Le séjour a été ok. Réception correcte mais très peu aidante. Souriante mais réponses inutiles aux questions. On vous suggérera de prendre un taxi si vous cherchez un endroit car "c'est plus facile". A noter que les lits ne sont pas faits tous les jours car ils ne sont faits que lorsque le draps sont changés. Les femmes de ménage ne touchent pas aux affaires personnelles, ce qui s'étend visiblement au sol. Rideaux un peu abîmés, j'étais réveillée par le soleil le matin...A noter également que la piscine est 10 livres par entrée et non par jour comme indiqué sur expedia"
