Rhondda Cynon Taff - Réservez votre appartement pour un week-end

« Extremely noisy at night as it is near the University Halls of Residence. Shouting and screaming outside the window until gone 4 am. The property should advise bringing, or provide, earplugs. There were items left in the fridge from a previous occupant and the shower was not adequately cleaned. The cupboard under the sink was not properly on its hinges and stopped the fridge door from closing. The property did not supply tea towels, washing-up liquid or cleaning cloths, which is unusual...

« Great customer service response »

« It had everything we needed for a one nights stay. The only thing we couldn’t find was the switch for the heating as we did need to take the chill off now it’s getting cooler. Despite the fire alarm going off and no one knowing what to do at 5am we had a pleasant stay »

« We had a wonderful Time in this appartement. It was really rommy and confortable. »

« I'm sure I could have given 5 stars for everything had we been able to stay. Never received check-in information and Stayright couldn't confirm our booking even though I emailed receipts of payment and booking details from Wotif. Said problem had something to do with booking through Wotif. Took 3 hours to reach a solution which in the end was finding us another property to stay in. That part we were extremely grateful for, but the whole process was extremely stressful. »

« This was our second time of staying here and again was not disappointed it was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The only issue was the mattress we feel a new one would be beneficial due to wear »

« Lovely apartment. Cl3an amd tidy on arrival. Hosts were extremely helpful. Would recommend and stay again in the future »

« It is extremely disappointing that such an unsatisfactory property is featured on your website. Upon arriving with my family, I was astonished that this property is listed, especially given the condition of the surrounding area. There were garbage bags placed outside the entrance, emitting an unpleasant odor. It is unsafe for families with children to stay in such an environment. Furthermore, despite sending photographs to the property management team and requesting either a refund or an...

« Beautiful Victorian period house decorated to a good standard . Kitchen a good size and very well equipped. Lounge vey spacious and bright with ample seating and good sized dining table. Bedroom we used was large with good comfy bed. Positioned a 10 minute walk from shops and pubs made it easy to walk around. Parking is a bit of a pain but we always found a space near to the house. Would recommend for families and friends wanting a break to the seaside. Rest bay is a five mins drive with a great...

« Great house with excellent location. 20 min walk to city centre and 6 min walk to the harbour made from a brilliant experience for a hen party. Everyone was absolutely thrilled with the house (especially the roof top) and commented that the beds were comfortable. Only annoying thing was the parking outside had a 5 hours max stay (excluding night time) so we had to make sure to move our cars quickly as the traffic wardens were about constantly! There may have been a way to by-pass it but we...

« L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, très calme »

« Really easy booking process with great communication and very accommodating - super relaxed about allowing us to check in an hour early. The apartment was centrally located and close to all of the attractions and we'd absolutely stay again! »
