This beautiful apartment has a great view over Reykjavik, mount Esja and the old town. A balcony is outside the kitchen where you can enjoy your morning coffee and explore the views. There is one bedroom, with double bed that can be changed to two beds.
This apartment is perfect for one to two people.
In the living room there is a sofa, Smart TV with Netflix, Bluetooth speaker, DVD player and a small DVD library.

Your perfect place to stay in Reykjavik, Nest Apartments is a charming apartment house in the centre of Reykjavik.
Nest Apartments is made up of 4 apartments, one on each floor with different combinations of rooms. Apartments N, E and S all have balconies and Apartment T has a door to the garden.
Here you find a warm welcoming.

Main attractions, swimming pool, restaurants, bars, shops are close by.
Bathroom with shower, living/dining room with leather sofa, TV and DVD, Apple TV with Netflix account, books and DVD library, Bluetooth speaker. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. You have access to garden with furniture at the back of the house.

The airport is located a 45 minutes drive from the city centre and is serviced conveniently and regularly by the Flybus.
The bus from Keflavik airport stops at the Umferdarmidstodin terminal. A walk from there takes about 15 minutes and a taxi only about 5 minutes.

This was our second stay in this apartment. It is in a good location to easily walk to shops and places to see in Reykjavik. The weather was terrible while we were there but we watched the rain and wind over the excellent views from the windows while we stayed cozy and dry.

Getaway in Iceland

My wife and I stayed in the Nest Apartment for a week and loved every minute of it. An amazing view of the church from the windows. A two block walk yo Bus stop #8 for tour pick up. Close to amazing restaurants and coffee. We couldn’t have been happier and would never have considered a hotel. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location!

Everything about our stay was fantastic! This was a great location close to the center of everything. The apartment was unbelievable and had a great view from both the front and the back. It was very clean and such a lovely apartment - we would most definitely recommend staying here!!

A sweet apartment in a fabulous location

The photos are true! This tiny apartment is not lacking for anything. It looks brand new and squeaky clean. The windows give nice cross ventilation. The bathroom is grand. The view from the kitchen is second only to the top of the church tower one block over. Netflix is included. Bjorn was efficient, kind and super helpful when we locked ourselves out. My daughter and I could easily live here for a month! I can't wait to come back and am recommending this place to everyone I meet. One note: I discovered you can pay for parking for the whole day (cheaper than hour by hour) at the kiosk stand and then come and go as you like all day.

Excellent Choice

The Nest Apartment was a lovely choice in an excellent location. It was neat, comfortable, nicely decorated and the view from the deck was awesome. Parking was no problem just a short block away. The owners provided a very informative guide with maps and recommendations for eating and shopping in Reykjavík. Would definitely recommend a stay in this excellent apartment.

Great place

EASY to find prime location super clean. We stayed on top floor. If it is hard for you to walk it is a 3 floor walk up and may not be for you. We did not mind the stairs and parking was easy to pay for on street.

Perfect base for explorations near Reykjavik

The apartment was really lovely and because it's on the top floor actually has a nice view from the balcony. The kitchen is small but has all you need. There were three different ways to make coffee, though not the typical American drip coffee maker. Also the apartment is apparently in the old town part of Reykjavik, which has pedestrian friendly streets and lots of good restaurants and shops. The apartment is on the top floor, and has the slopes in the ceiling to prove it. We ran into them a few times. It makes the usable space of the rooms a little less, but I thought it was perfect for two people. Another thing to be aware of is that there are no black out curtains. There are shades in the bedroom which make it less bright, but if you feel that you need total darkness to sleep invest in a decent sleep mask. None of the places we stayed had curtains that made the rooms really dark. The parking situation isn't a huge concern. They only charge during the day, from 9 to 6 if I remember correctly, and that's when you're more likely to be out exploring. Overall this was a clean and thoughtfully set up apartment in a great location, and I would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful place to stay in Reykjavik

As the owner says, the NEST apartments are a wonderful place to stay in Reykjavik. We stayed in the N (Top floor apartment) and found it delightful. Everything we needed was in the apartment and its was very comfortable and warm. Very close to the Hallgrimskirkja and everything that Reykjavik has to offer. We loved the apartment and we will be back soon.

We loved our little nest in the centre of Reykjavík. It was well equipped, spacious and immaculately clean. Only slight quibble is that the sofa and armchair were not very comfortable. However, would definitely recommend/stay again.

Great place!

Loved staying here! the place is adorable, great location, walk-able to everything. Easy to check in, there are a lot of stairs so if you have huge luggage be prepared to get it up the stairs. Super cute balcony overlooking the water and great recommendations on places to eat and things to do. we went to the local pool and loved the super authentic experience, and ate at the corner bar - great burgers! i would highly recommend staying here.

A very nice apartment in a very convenient location.

All was as described. Note that there are 4 apartments in the building, one on each floor, so if going up stairs with your luggage might be a problem to you, before you book be sure you know where yours is. (Ours on the top floor is 35 steps up from the entrance.) The apartment is about a block away from airport and day-tour bus stop #8 at the large church. A few blocks away is a major shopping street with a Bonus supermarket (limited hours, cheap prices) and numerous restaurants, clothing shops and souvenir stores.

The Nest is well appointed, providing all the conveniences of home. Great views of neighborhood and harbor. Easy access to numerous restaurants, points of interest, local attractions and on street parking. Keep your bags lite....there are a few stairs to climb. Highly recommended. Will plan to visit again.
