This is generally a very comfortable and convenient place to stay in Reykjavik. The location is especially good, steps from the #9 Tourist Bus Stop, right next to the main street of Reykjavik, and well served by transport. Excellent coffee shops, restaurants, convenience supermarkets etc are close by. It's quiet at night (not least because it's behind 3 layers of glass and not on a vehicular street)
It is also quite a spacious studio (basically a one bedroom) and generally well-equipped, including a dishwasher, washer and dryer, drying rack, microwave. It feels clean but also homely. If you were based in Reykjavik for weeks, you could manage here very well.
There was pre-checkin baggage storage but the instructions could have been slightly clearer. I eventually worked out how to operate some aspects of the apartment which were unfamiliar - perhaps the instructions could be more explicit for the washer and dryer. I didn't feel confident using the iron (someone's melted something onto the sole) and according to the compendium there was supposed to be washing powder, but I didn't find it. But generally these were small points.
