« Responsive & Accommodating host, but property did not match the listing! The host was responsive and communication was seamless, but that did not make up for the property’s condition or its misrepresentation. Although advertised as newly upgraded, the unit had old fixtures, a nearly stripped sink fixture, temperamental shower water, cracked shower tile, a dirty shower rug, and a mildew-smelling shower liner and curtain. We received only two washcloths and two towels for a four-day stay. The...

« Please stay away from this property! They take your damage deposit and then claim you’ve damaged something in their apartment (which there’s many things wrong) then they’ll say you did it, and not refund your money. You speak to woman in some other country with roosters crowing and other load noises going on. Plus they don’t know much English, except for I’m sorry and will get back with you. After 6 weeks of trying to explain this, I got frustrated and told them to keep my $212!! Rip off artists...

« Definitely need better details and description for property. We arrived , door entry was unlocked , we had no access to the gate entry to park our vehicles for about 3-4 hours until host finally responded , there was no battery in our keypad to lock the door so we couldn’t leave our property until host brought batteries for keypad to lock door. None of the rooms have TVs , no pots and pans to cook , no iron , makeup towel still had makeup on it , King suite bathroom was a NO for me, no extra...

« Would stay again, close to downtown. Very quiet neighborhood:) »

« Everything was simple and easy for checking in. Nice, clean, & smelled good on the inside. »

« Comfortable, well appointed apartment. It looks just like the photos. My wife and I stayed for a long weekend here, it was a great place to stay. Communication with the owners was excellent. There’s even a neat YouTube video to show you how to get in when you arrive. A nice touch! »

« The place is spacious, you've got everything you need. However, the motor of the living room AC has been very loud noise. Also, the entertainment options need to be improved. They have a Roku tv with someone else's signed in and it wil be difficult to watch your favorite sports or tv shows. I already made the owner aware of such. Once these were fixed, overall, I recommend this place. »

« Near the park and school. It was awesome. »

« I wasn’t aware before booking that we would have to pay extra for parking. So just be aware of that. The view is amazing from this property and the room is nicely laid out and the tv is huge! My biggest complaint is the air conditioning seems to be faulty throughout the entire building, but especially in this room. There are two wall units both look like they are over 40 years old, one doesn’t work at all, and the other barely blows cool air. So not great for summer months in Georgia… it was...
