Welcome to our brand new condo in the heart of Revelstoke, BC!
Only 5 minutes away from the resort, with gorgeous views of the sunset; our condo offers the perfect modern yet cozy getaway for outdoor enthusiasts and relaxation seekers alike.
Revelstoke is renowned for its world-class skiing, epic mountain biking trails, and serene natural beauty – and our condo is your ideal home base for exploring it all!
Neighborhood:
In the same complex, within walking distance are the new Little Spoon Cafe with their famous pretzels, Summit Market, ARC liquor store, The Den restaurant, Ray of Sunshine daycare, Karve Fitness gym.

Our modern and inviting condo is the perfect retreat for couples, families, and small groups of friends. Here's what you can expect:
Master bedroom:
Relaxing mountain views and accommodation grade queen-sized bed with closet space.
Second bedroom:
Double over double bunk beds. Built for adults (suitable for kids too!): Sturdy wood frame, tall for better clearance, accommodation grade mattress, ergonomic ladder/stairs.
Living Area:
Relax in the open-concept living area with a cozy sofa, reading chair, plenty of natural light, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table that seats six.
Pull-out couch:
Queen size comfortable and sturdy metal frame pull-out couch with 5in thick mattress. One step setup: Simply pull on the strap on the back and it unfolds - no need to stow the cushions away. Just throw a warm blanket on there and get cozy!
Kitchen:
Whip up your favorite meals in the spacious open-concept kitchen, large island, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, cookware, and utensils.
Bathroom:
Clean and well-equipped bathroom with a shower, complimentary toiletries, fresh towels, and heated floors
Balcony:
Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy your hot-tub, take in the mountain views, and enjoy gorgeous unimpeded views of the sunsets over the mountains.
Private 2-seater Hot Tub:
Enjoy the ultimate relaxation in your very own private 2-seat hot tub, where you can unwind while gazing at the majestic mountains. A perfect way to end the day!
Location:
Our condo is ideally situated within 5-minutes drive to Revelstoke Mountain Resort and 5-minutes away from downtown Revelstoke. In the summer you can pedal directly up to the resort. Alternatively, the resort shuttle stop is only steps away.
The Art:
Sourced right here in town from our local artisans: Decorative blankets, wall art by 5 different local artists, cushions, pottery, as well as locally roasted coffee!
Guest access:
Autonomous self check-in with a keypad for the building main entrance, and a smart lock with keypad for the condo.
Storage:
There are two secure bike storage spots available. You will need to bring your own lock. Ski/board storage is available in a secured communal room in a private storage cage. We are not liable for lost or stolen items.
Other things to note:
Free reserved underground heated parking for one vehicle, with elevator access to unit. No on-site parking for extra vehicles. Underground parking clearance: 2.5m.
*Location not ideal for snowmobile trailers or sled decks*
Occupancy:
While the space can accommodate up to 6 adults, the recommended occupancy is 4 adults.
Noise:
There may be some indirect noise during the day from nearby construction site, however the unit is not directly facing the construction.
