We provide a self check-in experience so you can arrive at your convenience. We like to give guests their space, but we’re always available if you need anything during your stay. Feel free to reach out through Airbnb messaging at any time—we’re happy to help with recommendations or assistance.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM as per City of Revelstoke bylaws.,
- Please be mindful of neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level at all times especially outdoors.
- Smoking/vaping/cannabis use is not permitted anywhere in Mackenzie Village. - Pets are not permitted.
= Open flames (candles/campfires/fireworks etc.) are strictly prohibited in accordance with Revelstoke Fire Regulations.
= Ensure the BBQ is turned off and cleaned after use.
= Please treat the property with care and respect.
= Wash dishes and tidy up before checkout — additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive mess is left behind.
- Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly so we can address them quickly.
- Park only in designated parking spaces.
- No idling or overnight street parking during winter months (Nov–Mar) per Revelstoke snow removal bylaws.
