Villa Misir with Pool - 500m to the Beach (Apt. Niki)

"ΝΙΚΙ" is a fully equipped city apartment, located on the 1st floor of the MISIR Suites, a nice building of 3 apartments, for those who want a vacation by the beach, but in the city. It is 500m from the main beach and 2km from the city. The complex has a swimming pool in green surroundings. The location is ideal as you will find next to it all the shops you will need, so that your vacation becomes easier & more enjoyable.
The whole complex can be available (CityVilla) to host large groups.

"NIKI" is a modern independent, completely renovated apartment, on the 1st floor, with 2 large bedrooms, large bathroom, living room and kitchen, as well as a 2 private balconies which have an outdoor table and patio chairs. It can accommodate 2-6 people, ideal for family, couple or group of friends. The garden and the pool are shared with the other 2 apartments. All doors and windows have thermal and sound insulation.

SWIMMING POOL & OUTDOOR: The complex has an outdoor private pool in a paved courtyard which includes everything you need to relax, such as many plants (palms, lemontree, green shrubs, flowers, etc.), as well as shower, sunbeds, table with chairs, as well as barbeque.

BEDROOMS: The apartment has a total of 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed (1.8 m x 2 m), which can be split into 2 singles and the other bedroom has a bunk bed with two wide semi-double beds (0.90 m x 2 m). All beds have anatomical anti-allergic mattresses of 3 zones and a height of 30cm. Each bedroom has bedside tables, a modern wardrobe, air conditioning, and toilet / desk furniture with a mirror and chair.

LIVING ROOM - KITCHEN: The living room has a large modern sofa (0.90 m x 2 m) that easily becomes a double bed and a dining table with 4 chairs. It also has a 32” HD TV, as well as air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and has an oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, utensils and electric iron with ironing board.

BATHROOM: It has a bathtub, shower, washing machine, hair dryer and is equipped with shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, conditioner and soap and all the necessary personal comforts.

CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. The apartment is just 500m from the organized beach of Rethymno, as well as the main promenade that leads to the city center, with a pleasant walk by the beach. In the neighborhood there is everything you need, without having to search, so you can find:
• CITY BUS STOP at distance of 10 m (from this stop you can easily take a city bus that takes you to all parts of the city)
• SOUBLAKI & GYROS TAVERN at distance of 30 m (“Hani” is one of the most famous souvlaki restaurants in the city with delicious souvlaki and traditional cuisine)
• CRETAN BAKERY at distance of 100 m (there are two Cretan bakeries with local specialties and not only)
• SUPER MARKET distance of 120 m (there are 3 supermarkets near you)
• BUTCHER SHOPS at distance of 150 m (there are 2 butcher shops which also offer Cretan specialties)
• CAFÉ GREGORY’S OF RETHYMNO at distance of 170 m (famous refreshment coffee bars all over Greece, 9th biggest coffee store chain in Europe with 330 stores)

PRIVATE PARKING: the apartment has a private parking space, right next to it. You can also park for free on the street in front of the Apartment as well as on the adjacent streets.

SAFETY MEASURES: It has security measures, such as smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and security card in the kitchen and security light.
