The living room is equipped with a 32” TV with Netflix, a comfortable corner sofa, a Bluetooth speaker, and a fireplace. Large glass doors in the living room provide access to the pool and the outdoor dining area. There is also a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. One of the three bedrooms is located on the ground floor. This air-conditioned bedroom features a double bed (1.40 x 2.00), AC, closet, TV, and direct access to the pool area. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine on this level.First Floor:Wooden stairs lead you to the other two charming bedrooms of the villa, both with vaulted wooden ceilings. One bedroom contains two single beds (0.90 x 2.00), AC, closet, and TV. The other bedroom also has two single beds (0.90 x 2.00), AC, closet, TV, and a large balcony with sea views.
