Villa Kali is a part of the KaliMera Villas, offering a 160 square meter stone-built residence in the Adelianos Kampos area, within walking distance to the beach, tavernas, and amenities. The interior of the villa is traditionally decorated with accents of stone and wood throughout, providing a charming and cozy atmosphere. The villa features three bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests in beds.



Renting a car during your holiday is not necessary, as you can find everything you need within walking distance from the villa. Additionally, you can enjoy various forms of entertainment, such as bars, cafes, and restaurants in the Platanias area, which is only a 5-minute drive from the villa. Rethymno center is also easily accessible, just a 10-minute drive away.



Layout:



Ground Floor:

The ground floor of Villa Kali comprises an open-air area that includes the living room and kitchen. The living room is equipped with a 32” TV with Netflix, two comfortable sofas, a Bluetooth speaker, and a fireplace. Large glass doors in the living room provide access to the pool area and the outdoor dining space. There is also a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen dining table. One of the three bedrooms is located on the ground floor. This air-conditioned bedroom features two single beds (0.90 x 2.00), air conditioning, a closet, TV, and direct access to the pool area. Furthermore, a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine is available on this level.



First Floor:

Wooden stairs lead you to the other two charming bedrooms of the villa, which feature vaulted wooden ceilings. One bedroom contains a double bed (1.40 x 2.00), air conditioning, a closet, and a TV. The other bedroom contains two single beds (0.90 x 2.00), air conditioning, a closet, a TV, and a large balcony with sea views. A bathroom with a shower is also available on this level.



The outdoor area of Villa Kali includes:



A private 30 m2 swimming pool, 1.40m deep, which can also be heated upon request with an additional charge of 40 euros per day from 01/04 to 30/04 and from 01/09 to 30/11.

You can stay in our villa without renting a car. You can find everything in a walking distance from the villa.

The Platanias area, where you can find all kinds of entertainment like bars, cafes, nightclubs, and beach bars, is less than 5 minutes away by car or bus.

The hospitable owners have a wide knowledge of the island and will be on hand with helpful advice and information whenever it is needed.

In the next-door Maravel hotel, breakfast in a buffet can be served at an extra cost (7 euros per person), while our guests can also use the tennis court and table tennis free of charge.
