The house is an 85 sq. m, freshly restored house. Its location is in the heart of Karoti Village.

The main entrance of the property leads you to the interior yard. On your right, you see the building that used to be the owner's grandmother's residence and is no longer accessible. A staircase (no railing) on the left leads you to the patio and to the main residence's door.

Now you are in the fully equipped kitchen and see the dining table and the sofa. Two large handcrafted wooden doors open to the bedrooms. Both are open-plan bedrooms on two levels with beds on both levels. The lower floor and the upper loft area are connected by stairs, maintaining an airy, wall-free design.

Bedroom 1 has a window with a view of the patio, and bedroom 2 has a private balcony and exit to the street. The balcony has an outstanding mountain view. There, you can enjoy your morning coffee until the rest of your company wakes up.

The patio is spacious and includes a surprise for you: a jacuzzi for 5 people is available. There are sun loungers and a large dining table.

There are 2 single beds on the upper loft level of bedroom 1.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds, a wardrobe, a TV, an en-suite bathroom with a tub/curtain, and a washing machine.
There is a double bed on the upper loft level of bedroom 2.

All the property's windows have shutters.

Outdoor:
- Water faucet opposite the gate.
- Patio with a dining table for eight, sun loungers, an umbrella, and a jacuzzi for five.
- Balcony with a mountain view, coffee table for four, and a separate exit to the street.

A hired car is highly recommended.
