Just 15 minutes from the town of Rethymno, our guests can experience their vacation in our place with a view that starts from the enchanting Cretan Sea and reaches up to the special mountain ranges of the island in a spot with endless olive groves around it.

The villa has four spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms and balconies with dreamy views that embrace the blue waters of the sea. All bedrooms provide smart TVs and clean linens.

The outdoor area of the villa is ideal for relaxing and entertaining for you and your family. It has a pool , a children's pool ,an outdoor shower and comfortable luxury sun loungers under which you can enjoy the Sun. For outdoor cooking enthusiasts, the villa has an outdoor kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances, a gas BBQ and a dining area with a special canopy under which you can enjoy your food. Outside there is also an outdoor fireplace with sofas where you can relax and enjoy your drink while gazing at the wonderful sunset that embraces the villa. Around the pool, a thoroughly landscaped garden creates a sense of tranquility and rejuvenation.

The villa offers complete privacy, security for its patrons and private parking.

Outdoor

The outdoor areas have a 50m2 pool,children's pool with hydromassage ,outdoor shower,comfortable luxurious thick mattress sun loungers where they can relax and enjoy the sun. For those who love cooking there is a covered dining room with an outdoor kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances , gas barbeque, petrogaz, sink, mini fridge,for outdoor dining experiences that you will love with your loved ones,and the beauty of nature. An outdoor fireplace surrounded with sofas can enjoy your drink under the sunset skies. Around the pool ,a beautifully landscaped garden creates a sense of tranquility.

There is also parking for three (3) cars inside the villa premises.

The entire villa is located outdoors of 1300 square meters where it is fully fenced and has a gated entrance that offers security and privacy to our guests.

Ground Floor

Entering the ground floor of LeEva Oasis villa is facing an elegant decor with a comfortable large living room with hidden lighting ideal for relaxation and socialization. The living room also consists of a 55 ”TV,autonomous air conditioning. It also has sliding glass doors that leads you to the outdoor dining room enjoying your food with amazing views of the pool and sea.

Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and provides all the essentials for self-catering holidays.

Double bedroom with two single beds (0.90x2.00), able to be joined upon request with mattress topper, 32 ”smart TV,individually controlled air conditioning,hidden lighting ,closet .

On this level there is also the storage room and the washing machine,and a large bathroom with a shower.

First floor

The first bedroom has a king size bed (1.80X2.00), a 32 "smart TV, individually controlled air conditioning, hidden lighting, a closet and direct access to a balcony with sea and mountain,also has a private bathroom with shower.

The second bedroom has two single beds (0.90X2.00),which can be joined upon request with a mattress topper , a 32 "smart TV,individually controlled air conditioning, hidden lighting , a closet and direct access to a balcony with sea and mountain view,also has a private bathroom with a shower.

The third bedroom has a king size bed (1.60X2.00), a 32 ”smart TV,individual air conditioning, hidden lighting closet and direct access to a balcony with sea and mountain views,also has a shared bathroom with an off-room shower.

_Housekeeping,change of towels and sheets once a week.
-Pool and garden cleaning up once a week.
-Purchases before your check-in day (grocery costs are not included).

There is safe parking inside the premises of the villa up to three cars. The villa is well equipped with :refrigerator with freezer,electric stove with oven, microwave, espresso machine (original capsules), filter coffee maker,toaster ,kettle,toaster,iron ,ironing board,clothes dryer, hair dryer,dishwasher ,washing machine.
