Villa Iliahtida is a beautifully restored stone house from 1880, located in the heart of the traditional village of Maroulas, just 8 km from the center of Rethymno. Combining historical charm with modern amenities, the villa covers 150 m² and can accommodate up to six guests in total comfort. It offers 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.



Inside, the warm, inviting atmosphere is enhanced by stone walls, wooden details, and tasteful modern furnishings. The open-plan living area features a cozy sitting space, satellite TV, and a large dining table. The fully equipped American-style kitchen comes complete with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all necessary kitchenware. A bathroom with a washing machine is also available on the ground floor, along with the elegant master bedroom that offers a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.



Upstairs, two more bedrooms await—one with a double bed and one with twin beds—each with its own en-suite bathroom and private balcony. From here, guests can enjoy breathtaking views over the olive groves, hills, and the sea. Each bedroom is individually air-conditioned, and the villa offers fast, stable Wi-Fi throughout.



Stepping outside, the private terrace is a true highlight. The 16 m² infinity pool invites you to cool off while admiring the stunning landscape. Comfortable sun loungers are positioned by the pool, allowing you to relax, soak up the sun, and gaze out at the panoramic views of the sea and Cretan countryside.
