Starting from January 1st, 2025 there is a new "environmental tax/fee" that the guests will have to pay for each day of their stay in our country according to the following schedule:
- From April to October, the rate of 15 Euros per day should be paid in cash on arrival.
- From November to March the amount of 4 Euro per day should be paid in cash on arrival.

Ground floor: kitchen, dining area, 2 living rooms and a WC/bathroom

First floor: 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 1 Twin bedroom and lastly, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed with an ensuite bathroom.
Second floor/attic: an open plan double bedroom with an enusite bathroom, a gym corner, an office and a kitchenette.
