Villa Aya is approved by the Greek Tourism Organization & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".


Ideally located just 50 meters from the beach and within close reach of essential amenities, Villa Aya offers the perfect base for your holiday. Spanning two levels, this elegant villa boasts five ensuite bedrooms, providing a comfortable stay for ten guests--with the flexibility to accommodate up to eleven if needed.

Ground Floor

-Dining Area with a grand dining table seating 10 guests


-The laundry room is equipped with a DeLonghi washer and dryer for added convenience.


- Bedroom 1 - Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, 43" Smart TV, A/C, safe deposit box, and private balcony with sea views.


- Bedroom 2 - Two twin beds (0.80m x 2.00m) that can be converted into a Queen-size bed upon request, ensuite bathroom, 43" Smart TV, A/C, ceiling fan, closet, and private balcony.


First Floor


-Playroom equipped with a 65" LG TV, a PlayStation 5 with video games, a Bluetooth speaker JBL Flip 5, and a sofa that can be converted into a 1.40m x 2.00m bed, accommodating the 11th guest.


- Bedroom 3 - Two twin beds (0.90m x 2.00m) that can be converted into a King-size bed upon request, ensuite bathroom, **43" Smart TV, A/C, ceiling fan, closet, and a shared balcony with Bedroom 5 featuring a 5-seat jacuzzi overlooking the sea.


- Bedroom 4 - King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), ensuite bathroom, 43" Smart TV, A/C, ceiling fan, and private balcony.


- Bedroom 5 - King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), ensuite bathroom, 43" Smart TV, A/C, ceiling fan, and a shared balcony with Bedroom 3.


All bedrooms come with luxury bathrobes, slippers, and "Artisti Italiano" toiletries for a spa-like experience.


Outdoor area
The exterior of Villa Aya covers 1,432 m2 and offers many facilities, including:


- A private, 55 sq.m. swimming pool, 1.5 m deep with step access. The pool uses saltwater electrolysis and can be heated upon request for an additional charge.
- 5,5 sq.m Childrens pool with 0.50m depth
- The pool area is equipped with 8 sun beds, 2 pouf loungers, a poolside shower, and 3 umbrellas
- BBQ facilities with a NAPOLEON gas grill
- A ping pong table

- There will be two portable sunbeds and one umbrella available for use at the beach located just below the villa.
- Parking space for 2 cars inside the villa premises.


- Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
