If you take this property for what it is it is great. Ed and Lynn operate these cabanas with a loving hand. The cabanas are smallish, but up- to-date, clean and neat, and comfortable. « Property was nice, clean and easy to get to. Bikes were provided which made it easy to get around the island.The dock was very relaxing but you can not swim from it. « Moody blue cottage was the perfect fit for us. If we come back to caye caulker, this is where we want to stay. Every thing about this property was great. Be sure to arrange snorkeling trip with Francis and wish we had known that we could arrange fishing with him before booking through a local company. He is very knowledgeable about the island and marine life. »

« As mentioned by others, the property is fairly far from the center of the action, but at times this could be a good thing. A golf cart or bikes are suggested. Due to the proximity of the 4 units, privacy was not at a premium. The property was clean, had lots of storage space and towels and the manager was extremely responsive to any requests. Would stay here again. »

« We have stayed here twice now. The location is great for families with kids. The cottages are in a quiet yet convenient part of the island. The pool is a favorite of our grandkids. We had everything we needed to enjoy Caye Caulker. The kitchen was well appointed but the street food is so delish and reasonably priced who needs to cook? We will be back in the future. »

« This property is exactly as described! We arrived at the dock to board the Express ferry and messaged the owners, and there was a taxi ready and waiting for us when we arrived on the island.
