« This place was excellent. We were staying for a "Baby Moon" so I am very pregnant. It was nice to be able to have a ground floor suite (we stayed in the Shore Suite) and had easy access to walk to the beach. It was very clean and spacious, and parking was very easy with being able to park literally right outside the door. We greatly enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area. »

« We arrived to Carolina beach an hour early and i reached out to Diane to see if we could just park there while we went to the beach. She let me know we could check in early which was great. The property was clean and super cute, cottage-like. It was a short walk to the beach and all the shops. We never had to drive once. »

« Had a great weekend trip to Wilmington / Wrightsville beach during our stay at the Yak Shack! Brittany and Ryan were very attentive hosts and sent us lots of recommendations for the area (since it was our first time visiting Wilmington). The place was clean and cute, just what we needed for the weekend getaway! Will definitely be returning :) »

« My teen daughter and her friend and I enjoyed our two-night stay. Beautiful property, easy parking, easy walk to lots of stores and restaurants. Was surprised there were no plates, but that was minor. Beautiful historic home with great amenities. »

« It's a convenient location in a quiet area. Able to walk to restaurants and grocery stores. Nice to be able to cook a meal rather than go out. Unfortunately, there was no ice in the ice maker, and the cutting boards are not meant to be used for food prep as they are not sealed. »
