« Very enjoyable spacious studio with all the comfort and quiet needed to visit family and friends in the area. Comfortable bed; at one point I turned to my partner and said, "let's move in!!" Sufficient kitchen stocked with snacks, easily accessed wifi, and subtle lighting that makes for easy reading and afternoon drinks. Would definitely return on our next trip. »

« Loved the location and amenities of this bright airy condo! It’s conveniently located to restaurants and shops in historic downtown Wilmington plus the kitchen boasts everything you could need to prepare simple meals. Parking pass for a nearby parking deck (three short blocks away) worked great, as walking is the best way to move thru downtown. We were a little concerned about the possibility of ambient noise from the riverwalk and nearby venues, but the condo is well-insulated and soundproof....

« What a great hidden gem! Great location near the historic district. Parking was great but a little narrow driveway for our big truck! We were able to get curb parking. The living room was so cozy! Everything is brand new. We will stay here again and highly recommend. Thank you for a great place to stay. »

« This was a nice studio. There were a few things that need to be fixed.The filter on air conditioner duct need to be changed and the storm door doesn't close and has to be pulled shut. Several times the wind grabbed it and threw it open.The pictures on VRBO need to be updated as we were dissapointed when we arrived with our private deck. »
