« We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and vry close to the beach. However, the apartment needed a great deal of work. 1) The air conditioner is on its last leg. The apartment was so humid that my metal head band rusted and I noticed that other things in the apartment were rusted. Everything was wet feeling and bathing suits wouldn't dry. 2) The mold in the wainscot in the shower has black mold which every dangerous. « The property is very convenient to the beach, maybe 100 yards and no roads to cross. There are a couple of bar/restaurants within 200 ft of the place, and the Wrightsville beach pier (fishing) is 100 yards away. The condo is very nicely set up with everything one would need. There's covered parking for 1 car and a small outdoor storage area with a lock. It has a washer & dryer, dishwasher, and newer, clean bathroom. There are one king-size bed and two bunks. « We had a great stay - everything was perfect. The laundry was super helpful with small kids. We also loved having the beach chairs, shade, and other beach essentials provided so we didn’t have to pack all of that. The proximity to the beach was perfect. Wayne was super responsive and gave great recommendations for places to eat and things to do while we were there. We would definitely stay here again! »

« We had an amazing stay! Over the years, we’ve stayed at several other places on this block in Wrightsville Beach, but this one was undoubtedly our favorite. We particularly loved both outdoor patios. One had a breathtaking view of the beach and the lively atmosphere of the surrounding area, while the other was more secluded and peaceful, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach.
