« ...ac wasnt working Most of stay ...2 out 3 elevators out of service Lonnnnng waits ...no AC upper floors ...room key didnt work at first...had to go all the way back down with luggage and long wait elevator ...mens stall out of order off lobby ...the one elevator that DID work was⁰p0 dirty smelly... ...TV remote was not paired correctly...on/off, up down volunm only worked....2 different guys came up... 1st guy never came back... 2nd night guy said it was tv...tv worked ok ...shower curtain...

« Presque jamais personne au lobby. Pas de déjeuner le matin. Il restait plus de café à 8:30 am. »

« MERCI PAULETTE (La motarde française) »

« The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing 5 stars for the chef!!! And the staff at the bar were great!! The only thing I didn’t like was the charge for the amenities because a lot of them I didn’t use and my room was not as clean as it should of been someone actually used the bathroom and didn’t flush when I arrived. »

« Everything was perfect; the breakfast is really hood and have a lot of variety. The beds are really confy. The pool was heated so my kids can enjoyed it. The only thing was that at 9am, the guy was doing the lawn and it was impossible to sleep because it is so noisy. »

« Bonjour, tout était super merci »

« Bon hôtel pour un court séjour »

« Beautiful property. Little pocket of what makes you feel like a giant forest, in the middle of Oak Brook. The water view with the trails is beautiful. The rooms were amazing. Restaurant not the best, nothing amazing, but palatable »

« Don’t pay a premium for this property. It is in line with a Courtyard. Ok but not premium. »

« Tres bon hotel, confortable. »
