« Perfect for a solo retreat! I needed some relaxing time alone in the woods (in a beautiful maple forest, no less), but still wanted to be somewhat close to civilization, and this was the spot! I got such refreshing, restful sleep every night in this absolutely quiet, tiny (but airy) playhouse of a cottage, thanks to the super cozy and comfy bed! It was all just so sweet—even if, as I did, you just want to hang out and read as you listen to the rain all day. Grand Marais is only eighteen minutes...

« Beautiful, comfortable home in a lovely, secluded setting but still close to everything. Great central location to explore the North Shore area! Plenty to do on the property for families/kids/teens, and plenty of space for everyone to have privacy AND group time. Would recommend for sure! »

« Our family of 8 were up to ski at Lutsen and this place was a great accommodation for us. Everyone had a bed to sleep on, there was ample space for everyone to lounge around in and they supplied a great amount of cookware so we could make our breakfasts and dinners (pots, skillets, baking sheets/pans, etc). We would definitely stay here again! »
