« This is our second stay at Birch Point and it was as great as the one last year. The house is clean and comfortable and the setting is perfect. Privacy and natural beauty of ocean views and wildflowers. We haven’t been to Lubec in the spring time before so we got to enjoy a whole different display of flowers wherever we went, including Campobello, than in the mid to late summer when we’ve previously visited. « We spent 4 nights at Birch Haven in July. It’s in a lovely, quiet, remote location just under 9 miles from Lubec. The cottage is well-equipped and comfortable, surrounded by woods. The pictures are an accurate representation. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the deck, listening to birds, watching squirrels do their thing. We saw deer as we drove in and out of the home and spotted seals in the harbor. Really loved watching the tides come in and out, and smelling the sea. The tidal range was...
