« This was our second stay at this property. We loved it and had a pleasant experience both times. The host was so kind and accommodating. They knew we traveled with children--on our first stay our children happily slept on the couches--so when we arrived the second time, there was a second bed set and ready for us. It is the kindest gesture that we've ever received at any b&b. »

« Fabulous location and the host was extremely responsive to communications which I rarely need with VRBOs.Be aware that laundry is in the building, not the unit - but very close and not a problem. Property is up one flight, no elevator. Also, spacious closet but no dresser or drawers. No big deal depending on length of stay. None of this was misrepresented, I just didn’t notice or ask the right questions. »

« The host was very communicative. We had an issue with our AC when we arrived but he was on it immediately & had a tech over the next morning. As stated the parking is tight, and it being in Chicago it is understood. We were able to park our car on the same street where the house was on but had to wake up at 7am to move it daily as there’s only permit parking under certain hours but the park right up the street has good spaces available on the side of it. Space itself was extremely clean & all...
