« Great place to stay in the jungle, couldn’t be closer to Tikal. On the downside, the swimming pool is really murky and the food is only average. »

« It was the best choice ever when it comes to finding a hotel near Tikal. Staff was kind, helpful, we had lots of fun and food was delicious. »

« I loved it. You may too IF you like bare simple, ecological, country side style. Very affordable ! Good convenient location close to Tikal. »

« Great team, great place, great food - we love it »

« La alberca no era lo que esperaba »

« We loved out stay at Casa de Don David! The grounds are beautiful and the rooms were comfortable for our visit to Tikal. The food was also delicious. The staff helped us arrange a driver for airport pickup and dropoff as well as transportation to and from Tikal. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you! »

« I absolutely loved the location of the cabin. The view from the terrace was mesmerizing, a very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The lake was just a few steps away from our rooms. The rooms were equipped with AC's but one of the ACs wasn’t working, the kitchen was fully equipped, two full bathrooms but no towels, no wifi, no warm water. Communication with host could've been better as he sent instructions on how to access the property until the "day of" as I was on the phone with customer service....

« Our time in San damanio was ok, »

« I felt so welcomed and taken care of at Taitza. The owners and staff are kind and instrumental in facilitating my time navigating around Flores and Tikal. The property is a fair distance from the island but I was given boat rides to the city to meet my Tikal tour and my plane. Beautiful property, delicious food, highly recommended. »

« It was gorgeous »
