Ideal for groups and families, this 3-bedroom getaway sleeps 7 comfortably (up to 10 guests with a comfortable couch and inflatable mattresses upon request,) offering the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. Step outside and you’re directly across from BLM land with miles of hiking and mountain biking trails right at your doorstep!
The Space

✔ Sleeps 7-9 comfortably with a King Bed, a bunk bed and extra trundle bed and a Double Bed (we are happy to host up to 12 people, and offer inflatable mattresses/pack ' n plays upon request) Base rate includes up to 7 guests. Additional guests are $20 per person, per night.
The home has one bathroom, so it’s best suited for small groups or families comfortable sharing.

Please note: there are occasional guests staying in the separate apartment above the barn on the property. The apartment has its own private entrance and is completely separate from guest living spaces and amenities. Guests still have private use of the home and property areas included in the listing, and interactions are relegated to an occasional crossover in the large driveway.
