« Très belle décoration ce qui peut être souvent attractif, cependant, personne à la réception ne parle correctement l'anglais il est très difficile de se faire comprendre. Autre chose mes enfants ont été sortis de la piscine car ils ne portaient pas de bonnet de bain.... qui a un bonnet de bain dans ses bagages ???
Impossible d'utiliser le wifi pour communiquer ( messenger Whatsapp) impossible d'accéder à Google ni à sa boîte mail, tout est bloqué avec leur réseau Wi-Fi. La chambre était à 17...

« The only problem that we had was that we needed the Chinese address to give to the taxi driver. That would have helped, but one can also call from the airport and have the bus come and pick a person up.
Derick, at the front counter, speaks English like a native! He was extremely helpful as well as the rest of the staff in ensuring a great stay!
Also, the hotel restaurant had a great menu and great meals!

« Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, very friendly and welcoming. One staff member walked us 500m down the road to show us a massage place and other shops. Highly recommended them.
