« The drive way was steep, bathroom could do with up grade .Small lounge kitchen area ok if you weren't spending much time there .Decks where unkept & needed work on them. Bedrooms were good beds comfortable . »

We walked in the evening to have dinner in the centre of Launceston.The beds are very comfortable. There is only one toilet downstairs but we didn’t find it a problem as we stayed only one night.I recommend this place. »
