Right outside, discover a path, which leads directly to Rehoboth Beach - allowing you to skip going on the highway. And when you aren't spending time next to the dazzling water, check out Gordon's Pond State Park Area for some wildlife viewing, Milton Theatre for a live performance, and the Rehoboth Beach Country Club for a round of golf. Delicious dining is also in abundance in this area, so get ready to please your palate! Closer to your retreat, dip into the turquoise waters of the shared pool for invigorating dips. Or sink into the warm waters of the shared hot tub to completely unwind. Inside the modern and spacious interior of your stay, you will discover a light-filled living room adorned with soft seating, an inviting color palette, and a large TV. Relax here while the chef of your family utilizes the stainless steel appliances and nifty gadgets in the well-equipped kitchen to prepare a fruity beverage or tasty appetizer. Dine as a family at the formal dining table or on the screened-in porch, drenched in sunlight. Wonderful Location

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway. The location couldn't be beat. We walked into town several times and used their bikes on the path right behind the development. Would definitely stay again!

Family time at Rehoboth Beach

Our family came together to enjoy several days of fun. We took advantage of great food, shopping, and the beach. The home was a perfect location for easy walk to town. The home was comfortable and clean. September was perfect weather and less crowded.

Beautiful, clean property

Loved the condo, the pool & the ease of the stay. The only downfall is the location in regard to the beach. You have to take a car to the beach & very busy street.

Perfect for our family!

This home far exceeded our expectations! It was a last minute booking & couldn’t be happier we booked! Everything you need is available, including a plethora of towels & even hideaway bed! The pool/Hot tub are amazing! Can actually walk/bike to beach about 2 miles.Plenty of parking, laundry right there, back patio was so nice to have! Plenty of stores, restaurants, grocery store all within walking distance. Thank you for the memories!

I loved the quick access to a walking/biking trail right behind the condos. It is a beautiful trail. The condo itself was very nice and well cleaned. You can walk to beach, but it is a bit far - took us about 40 minutes to walk there. Overall nice place to stay.

Overall good stay. The property is basic, but met our needs for a short stay. Clean, but not in a deep clean kind of way. TV was unplugged and some lights were not working. Easy access to downtown Rehoboth.

A Very Nice Condo

We had a wonderful time. The unit was warm, welcoming and comfortable. We liked the coastal Decor. It was perfect for us, and we would not have a problem renting again. It was close to the beach, shopping and dining. The only issue we had was with the access code on the door, but a quick phone call to Vacasa Delaware solved the problem.

Spacious 2 bedroom condo and dog friendly

This condo had all the amenities we needed for 5 guests with plenty of bath towels and washcloths, a screened in porch, small patio with grill and two Adirondack chairs, a short walk to the well kept pool and hot tub area, and several dog walking areas with waste bags and receptacles nearby. This TIDES Condo property was meticulously maintained, and the community was very quiet. It's close to pretty much everything. It is very likely that we will rent here again one day.

Lovely condo with some potential comfort adjustments

We had a pleasant stay at Suzie's place. The pictures and listing are accurate, and the property is well-situated. The kitchen is nicely equipped and suitable for cooking full meals. However, the mattress in the main bedroom has two deep, body-sized indentations that make it difficult to sleep comfortably. The property could also do with additional pillows.

Great location

This property is in a central location to beach, boardwalk, shopping and dining. The entry door and screened in protector need some repair. Bring along coffee filters and paper towels. Over all we rebooked for the next year

Clean & comfortable!

Property is clean and very comfortable. Love the King bed and screened in porch! Also, we were very grateful to get in early rather than waiting for cleaning and an added trip to a rental office to pickup keys. Vacasa allows early access when cleaning is done and all of their properties offer keyless entry. This is a key advantage when you have a long drive to the beach and just want to get into the property. Thank you!

The Tides

This home was exactly what it was advertised to be. It was comfortable and clean and had all the ammenities we needed. We loved that there was a supply of household items available so that we didn’t need to run to the store immediately. The pool and community were quiet and clean as well. We loved the safety of the gated community. The patio and grill were perfect for a relaxing evening at home and we loved that we had use of the bikes and nearby wooded bike path! A perfect vacation home! It is a bit of a hike to the beach but that was not a problem for us.

Great but had one issue

The condo was clean and well decorated. There was plenty of space for the four of us. The kitchen had all of the necessities, there were plenty of towels, and some beach items that we used. One comfort issue was the master bed mattress was sunken down on both sides, which was pretty uncomfortable. Also, midway through our stay, there was a small but mighty thunderstorm that seemed to have blown out the cable box/wifi and we weren’t able to watch tv after that. We called Vacasa multiple times but the issue was not resolved during our stay.
