Welcome to the Cottage! Enjoy this hidden gem in a quiet, private neighborhood about one mile to the beach/boardwalk, yet centered in the heart of Rehoboth. Located in the Keys of Marsh Harbor, this property offers a tranquil setting along with convenience to everything, including a robust number of fabulous restaurants, Tanger Outlets, bike trails adjacent to Route 1, Jungle Jim’s Water Park (seasonal) and the DART shuttle bus (Park-n-Ride) to avoid local traffic and parking meters. A short drive takes you to the Lewes/Cape May Ferry and nearby Cape Henlopen State Park and fishing pier.

Be ready to relax and unwind after a day at the beach, with dining accommodations at the cottage to suit family and friends. Feel like dining out? Set your sights on Blue Coast or perhaps the Crab House (family friendly indeed). Games are plentiful for all generations, a fully stocked kitchen is at your fingertips and let’s not forget the Keurig for your morning coffee! Food prep made easy with a blender, crockpot, outdoor gas grill. ‘Mornings made simple’ with a large griddle and toaster oven. No need to pack beach chairs, sand toys, goggles/masks, boogie boards or pool noodles, we’ve gotcha
covered! From Melissa and Doug toys to chalk, books and classic games, everyone will be entertained. High chair, booster seat, pack n play and strollers are provided. The ‘gathering’ place boasts a Smart HDTV with a comfy living area or step out into the enclosed patio with a good book or enjoy your favorite charcuterie on the outdoor patio. Just a quick walk through the lawn and you’ll find yourself at the steps of the beautiful community inground pool (passes provided) or tennis courts.

Ready to wind down? You have an array of options between the “Rehoboth” master suite with brand new comfy king size bed, private bath, walk-in closet and smart HDTV or perhaps the “Bethany” guest room with a light and airy feel, brand new queen size bed and ample closet space. Our “Fenwick & Fishies” guest bedroom boasts a fun and whimsical feel and hosts bunk beds (twin and full). Storage for all your gear and a smart HDTV positioned for movie night. All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and all rooms have ceiling fans. All linens provided. Brand new American Signature Tempur-Pedic sleeper sofa located on the first floor. Please note there are no bars or springs with this brand new, state-of-the-art sofa sleeper to give you a great night's sleep. Hair dryers can be found in each full bathroom.

A nice property and good location

The property was nice and everything worked. Needs a little better cleaning. The community is nice and pool was very close and residents were friendly.Overall we enjoyed staying at the location. The kitchen was well equipped. The bbq was old and needs replacement. The back screened in room was wonderful.

Lovely home. Stocked with everything you could need. Location was great too. A short drive to the beach. The community pool was great. So glad it remained open past Lanor Day. Very nice neighbors. Tyson was so kind and helpful. We would love to return!! Thank tou!

Nice stay in Rehoboth

The house fit our needs in every way! We stayed for a week with my parents and our family of 4. With 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths the space worked great for us. The extras provided were a great touch as well! We used the beach buggy, chairs and body boards on both of our beach days! The bikes were great too. We rode over to All Wheels Bike Shop and put some air in the tires and they were good to go! I rode around town for 2 hours the one day! The community pool is nice and being able to walk over to Jungle Jim's Waterpark was super convenient! We also got in some tax free shopping and got the boys new clothes for the coming school year! Overall a great time and we will definitely look to return in the future!

AN OBVIOUS NEGLECT

This property has been neglected and the renter immediately SEES the broken blinds, the stains on the carpet and the (splashes) on walls and a obvious stain going upstairs -- Lights not working. The outside patio filthy!! Leaves covering the cushions everywhere...In addition the patio WICKER CHAIRS FALLING APART (THROW THEM AWAY!) The patio had debris which kept us indoors until finally Thursday they came with a leaf blower and blew and cleaned the patio off and cut the grass which was a little too late to enjoy anytime outside there... As I've said, many things inside and out -- upstairs and down neglected Broken WICKER CHAIR UPSTAIRS in one bedroom Another bedroom's fan had only one speed! Bulb burnt-out in same room with other things out of sorts disappointing to say the least! Too many to name...Ironically I've named a lot! A lot of money $$$ to have this kind of neglect... We are NOT COMPLAINERS the kitchen & dining room and couches and the beds were so comfortable --

Fun times in Rohobeth Beach

What a fun time we had in Rohobeth Beach! This property was conveniently located in a safe and quiet neighborhood walking distance to the DART bus stop, water park and stores. We could even see the 4th of July fireworks from the tennis courts. It was spacious and provided linens, kitchen equipment and little things like soap and garbage bags. The furnishings and decor was adorable and beachy. The community pool was immaculate and clean. The people were friendly. Although we enjoyed our experience overall, a few suggestions would be to have the back patio cleaned and ready for guests as well as giving the bathrooms a deeper cleaning. Otherwise, a wonderful experience for our family. We would stay again.

The property is perfect for people with young children. Owners are very thoughtful when it comes to what children would need. Great Stay!

We loved our stay! The location was great but it took a few minutes to figure out how to get to the beach since it was at the intersection of the highway and Rehoboth Avenue but once we figured it out, it was easy. The condo is well decorated and had all (more than all, really) of the amenities that we needed. The property manager is just a phone call away. We enjoyed our time and would stay here again.

Great place for family vacation!

We stayed here for the week and had a great time! The house was comfortable and perfect for our family - we have two children under 3. There were toys to help keep them busy (which was great because we didn't pack many of our own and kids love others' toys!) and the pool was right by the house. There are tons of shops, food options, and grocery stores nearby. And both Rehoboth and Dewey beaches are a short drive. Laurie and Rich were very communicative and helpful in planning our stay. So thankful for a nice trip!

Exceeded Expectations

We booked this home last minute, and it was the only dog-friendly home in all of Rehoboth that was available. I wasn't expecting it to be great, and was so pleasantly surprised when we walked in and it was immaculate, everything new and spotless, with nice decor. It's bright and airy and very spacious. Everything was very comfortable, with plenty of room for me, my husband, and my son. It would have been fine for a couple more people as well. The beds are little on the soft side for my taste, but the mattresses seemed new and high quality. The house has everything you need, including paper products like paper towels and toilet paper. The kitchen is completely stocked. We didn't have to buy a single thing except food. There is even hand soap in the bathroom, and a blow dryer. I didn't think we would like the location, but that turned out to be good as well. It's in a small, pretty neighborhood of similar homes, just off the main highway into Rehoboth, right next to Jungle Jims (which was closed for the season while we were there). It's almost walking distance to the Tanger Outlets and a lot of stores and restaurants, so it was very convenient. The beach is only a 5 minute drive, and I walked or ran there a couple of times (its about 2 miles). Since it was the off season, there was plenty of free parking at the boardwalk. I've normally stayed down near the beach and boardwalk, but I might rethink that next time. This home was much nicer than the homes I've stayed in before, and it was a steal compared to what I normally pay. I

Birthday Weekend in Rehoboth

Can't say enough good things about this property. SO clean, beautifully decorated and in such a great location to all that Rehoboth has to offer! The owner, Laurie, couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating in suggesting places to go, eat, etc. The property manager made for a seamless check-in and check-out too. Traveling with two young children can be stressful at times but Laurie had so much at the house available for our use that we didn't even have to pack toys for them! Hoping to make a return trip here in the future! THANKS LAURIE & FAMILY!

GREAT FIND!!!

This property is new to being rented as a Vacation property. We were a little cautious but spoke to the Property Managers and everything was exactly as they described and the pictures show. Super clean and most of the furnishings are new. Including all BEDS!!! Decor and colors very beachy. Great location with parking directly in front of the property. We walked to Bluecoast for dinner. Very easy and well lit walk. Will absolutely book this property again!!!
