From its 6 decks this house has some of the best views in Broadkill Beach overlooking the Delaware Bay, Atlantic Ocean, and Prime Hook preserve. 15+ mile views of spectacular coastal landscapes.

Just purchased and updated April 2021: gave this 2006 construction a revitalization including all new furniture inside and out, fresh paint inside and out, added cedar sauna (steam or dry), added Sonos main floor and master sound system, all new lighting/ ceiling fans, upgraded the WiFi to enterprise class 802.11ac with multiple access points (no dead spots and blazing fast for 75+ devices even on the beach), all new Firestick TVs(4) with Hulu Live TV (sports and normal cable TV stations), Netflix, and Amazon Prime, and 400+ movie collection and arcade.

Upon entering you will find a large entrance way with dumbwaiter to help load your groceries and luggage onto the 2nd floor. This floor also holds the beach closet full of beach chairs, beach tent, umbrellas, life jackets, coolers, boogie boards, skim boards, sand toys, beach games, etc.

The second floor of the house is the main living space and includes the dining room with seating for 12+, kitchen with farm sink, Aga stove, beverage fridge, living room with TV and built in sonos stereo, fireplace, 2 decks (1 with picnic table), den with sonos 5.1.2 home theater sound system, powder room, board game credenza.

Located on the third floor is the arcade nook, the 1st queen bedroom, bunk room (sleeps 5), 2 decks, 2nd queen size bedroom, jack and jill bathroom (shared between bunk and queen bedrooms), laundry room, and full size bathroom.

The fourth floor hosts two beautiful king size bedroom suites. Each with their own deck, bathroom, and TV. The primary master has its own waterfront deck with the pinnacle views of the property, fireplace, office desk, telescope, and jacuzzi tub.

Our home is directly on the beach at the very secluded Broadkill Beach. Very quiet spot. Just 10 mins from Milton, DE, 15 mins to Lewes, and 25 mins to Rehoboth beach. In those areas you will find tons of activities including restaurants, outlets, breweries, golf, boating, boardwalk, waterpark, go karts, mini golf, etc.

Please note that linens and towels are not included unless we negotiate separately.

Pet friendly, dogs only. Unoccupied dogs must be crated when left alone. One large and one medium crate included. Pet fee of $150 per stay.
