Cette propriété de luxe au charme de plage offre 5 chambres à coucher, 3. 5 salles de bain, une superbe chambre arrière trois saisons, pouvant accueillir confortablement 12 personnes, une cuisine gastronomique, de magnifiques planchers de bois franc et bien plus encore. Cette maison étonnante offre tout le confort et les commodités comme à la maison avec une impressionnante station de grillade, des sièges, un gril au propane encastré, une douche extérieure et un patio arrière. House and location were okay. Communication with host/manager was poor! Very confusing to be switched to a realty company and charged extra fees by that company. We received an inappropriate lease from that company. Posted directions for use of front door lock are incorrect! Unacceptable and confusing!! Who were we really dealing with??!! Re-max or VRBO?? I’ve had past satisfaction with VRBO locally and internationally. Never again will I use VRBO if I’m directed to a realty company!! Disappointed with the shady dealings!!

Amazing house and great location!

The house was perfect for our extended family group of seven adults. We particularly enjoyed the screened in porch, which is where we had all our meals, and the outside shower, which was perfect after a day at the beach. The house was in a lovely, quiet residential Neighborhood, yet just about a 10 minute walk from the beach and from the boardwalk. We walked almost everywhere. It’s important to note that the booking is managed by a local real estate office, not by the owner directly. Renters should be on the lookout for email communication from that office once booked via VRBO, which is the best way to communicate about the property (email or phone). Not VRBO messages.

Turkey Day

Our family/extended family met in Rehoboth for the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was also a perfect size house with plenty of space for our large family. We hope to be back!

Great place and location

The location of the house is great! It is on a quiet street but very close to plenty of restaurants. The boardwalk and beach were also walkable. The house was described and clean. There were plenty of beds and they were all at least doubles. We would stay here again.

Multi Family Vacation

The home and location were perfect for my sisters and my families + grandma. Everyone had their own room, plenty of bathrooms for our group of 12. The main level was just perfect for our family to all be together but not on top of eachother. Well stocked home in excellent condition.

Beautiful House, Perfect Location!

We celebrated NYE with our friends and lots of kiddos (age 1-6) and had the best time. The house is gorgeous and spacious. The location is perfect- we could walk to the playground, restaurants, coffee, and the beach! Even in December, we used the outdoor grill which was amazing. Thank you for memories that will last us a lifetime!

Spacious house with ample community space in a great location

The house layout is great for groups. The kitchen, family room, outdoor patio, dining room--all gave our group the space to be in community and have an amazing weekend in Rehoboth. This is our second time in this house and we hope to return again in the future.

Great location and spacious home.

The home looked exactly like the photos and felt very spacious with parking Room for 2 cars in the rainbow driveways. Short walk to boardwalk area and beach. Beautiful enclosed patio and outdoor area. Only downside is lack of linens. Property does not come with towels/sheets/ and pillow cases. We had to rent them for an additional $236. Would stay here again next time!

Girls Getaway

The house is in an ideal location to walk to Rehoboth shops, restaurants and bike rental. It is larger than the pictures seem to portray with lots of space for everyone to spread out. We enjoyed being able to gather around the kitchen island and family room and especially the screened in porch. Great table out there for playing cards. There are beach chairs in the garage and a wheeled cart but I would advise driving your beach stuff over and then walking without having to carry all the stuff. The owner had all kinds of spices and serving wear available so everything we needed was available for breakfast and first night happy hour. It was an easy walk to Rehobth Cycle Sports for a bike rental and a great ride to Lewes. Also an easy walk to Salt Air and Shorebreak Lodge for dinner and we loved the food at both. There are 2 types of coffee makers so you can bring K cups or ground coffee. The linen & towel rental was easy. If only there was a blow dryer or rental option since those take up so much space when you don't want to check luggage. Overall, we were very impressed with this property and had a Fabulous time!

Great family beach house

We loved the layout of the house and the amount of space for everyone. It was super clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location was only a couple blocks from Rehoboth Ave which was so convenient. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach so you’ll want to transport your beach chairs/equipment by car. Plenty of parking was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Rehoboth Beach.

What a gem!!!

Fairly last second, I realized I had a block of days off and decided to take a beach trip with my family (10 of us... ages 9-70). This listing was literally last available (making me skeptical). What LUCK! This house was simply fantastic. Clean. Well located. Spacious. Extra bonus if you love cooking- there is top notch indoor AND outdoor cooking space. The indoor and outdoor showers are clean and fresh. It is easy to get to the beach, boardwalk, and biking paths. I really cannot reiterate enough how fabulous this house is. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. Literally my only constructive feedback would be- add an information book/binder with instructions for sound system, fans, checkout, etc. We were told to look for a welcome binder, but never found one. It didn't end up mattering because Remax (the property management group) was SO responsive and immediately answered all of my emails. 5 star vacation for sure. Many thanks to the owners, VRBO and Remax! Top notch job.
