Keurig acted a little funky second day but also has full size coffee machine. Never needed to contact manager. Went hiking, recommend Montana De Oro (breathtakingly beautiful), visited University, bought groceries at Trader Joes a few miles away and spent a fun day in town, San Luis Obispo, shopping, eating. « My friends and I stayed at this apartment for the weekend, and we had a wonderful time. The apartment was very clean and looked like the pictures in the listing. The views are amazing, and it's a very short drive to the main strip of restaurants and shopping areas. It was exactly what we wanted and expected. « There’s a speakeasy right below the apartment. Patrons weren’t quiet and whom ever was closing didn’t know how to close the door. They kept slamming it to try shutting it. Light sleepers be forewarned. Otherwise, great place. »

« Wonderful apartment in an historic and artistic building in Santa Barbara. Very clean and tidy, with nice furnishings. We loved the place, as it was within easy walking distance of downtown, and was very quiet at night. 100% would return! »

« Excellent stay, enjoyed our time in Solvang. Great house for a group. Very comfortable to gather as a group and well appointed sleeping arrangements. Furniture in garage (couch and mattress) limited parking space in the garage due to vehicle sizes. We were only able to park 2 of 3 cars on the property. Would have been nice to have extra towels for the Spa. All said and done, we had a great stay. »
