« The customer service was exceptional, very friendly & accomodating staff who will do anything they can to make you stay an ejoyable. The only bad thing was drainage in the shower as the tiles were not laid properly so you had to close the water taps so as not to flood the shower room. Apart from that really enjoyed my stay. »

« The Highlander is a very secured hotel we felt very safe. The food they offered was very tasty. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful in taking care of our needs whether it be towels or extra dishes. Overall would recommend to anyone traveling to the area for the first time. As we did. »

« Cost for rooms is equal to PNG experience and expectation. Like a lodge or motel in Australia. Not 3star hotel Love the staff. Friendly and helpful. Love ambience Room service lady was awesome and i had clean sheets towels, water daily. It would be great to have papuan food on menu please. The shower curtain needs cleaning in Room 101 and fridge frosts up and leaks. These are 1st world problems..... am booked in again. 😃 »
