« The venue offers comfort and convenience and is a very good value -- but comes with some challenges. The room itself was very comfortable -- especially for the price. But, the room was not ready when promised, and that mattered as I got there after 16 hours of travel. Also, oddly, the rooms do not come stocked with hand towels, only full sized ones. »

I also paid for airport pickup, yet the driver arrived very late. Overall, the customer service was extremely poor and very unresponsive. I will not be booking with them again. »
