« This was a great place to stay for my family of three. It’s a quick drive to Stone Harbor beach, and the beach passes included at the house were an added convenience. The space was very clean and well put together. We also really enjoyed the outdoor area and pool. Would definitely stay again! »

« We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in the Villas, New Jersey! The house was absolutely stunning, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly clean from top to bottom — everything sparkled and felt fresh and welcoming. Our host was fantastic with communication, responding quickly and making us feel right at home. The location is also great with shops and amenities nearby, and the property has such a family-friendly vibe that made our trip relaxing and enjoyable. We loved every moment and...

« The communication with the host was awesome. She was always responsive and offered some great suggestions for activities and places to eat.I enjoyed our daily updates of sunset time, we certainly had some spectacular views »

« Great host. Only thing I think needs improvement is the grill. Otherwise was a wonderful place to stay. :-) »

« Million dollar views! Best enjoyed late night or early morning. House had everything we needed for a few of 6. Highly recommend! »

« Place was clean, updated, open concept, water gets piping hot which I loved and the pressure was great, beautiful views! Quiet and away from all the noise but still close enough to the boardwalk and restaurants . »

« Overall was a great trip. Loved the outdoor shower and privacy. Yard was nice for our Shepard. The porch is really cute, nice sitting area. House was equipped with everything needed. Always had a parking spot out front. Was literally a 1 min drive to the boards at 12th, or a 15 min walk. Bay is 2 blocks up. Few things to note: 1. No central air but there are units in every room, they are on the louder side but keep the house really cold. 2. There are only bunk beds but one has a full size...

« The host was awesome and responded to every question and concern quickly. Was able to resolve any issues quickly »

« The house was lovely, exactly like the photos on line. It had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, and the quality was not spared. It was about 4 houses from the beach which was amazing, equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, a beach cart (which was a game changer), and inflatable inner tubes, another game changer given the heatwave we had when there! Sadly it was too hot to enjoy the back patio, and though it had its own split AC unit, the sunroom was pretty warm until about 6pm....

« There’s no way to possibly give this stay zero stars and I’m not usually the kind of person to complain or speak negatively about businesses. Don’t do business with this location. Dawn literally took my money with no issues but didn’t send me a pin via text. I had driven to Cape May from Massachusetts just to be stranded with no cottage. There is no one to tend to phone calls or texts after 5 pm. My partner and I were forced to seek another place to stay at the last minute. I called Dawn the...

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Tara was very responsive and helpful. The home is brand new, very clean, and perfect for two families with three kids and a small dog. »
