« No hot water, no working WIFI. Actually had another future booking and cancelled it even with no refund, would not stay here again. »

« Staff and owners treat you well »

« Very good condo, well furnished, great communication with the owner. He will Personally pick you up at the airport and go To the condo to explain you the rules and facilities. A scooter is also available for free. The condo is amazing and modern and great view from the 14th floor. However the pool and facilities are old. The location is a little Bit far from the tourist area so depending what you are looking for. Highly recommend with kids/ large Family. Very easy to order a taxi or food. The...

« - Serviettes manquantes le premier jour - Surfacturation de l’option machine à laver alors que c’était inclus dans le prix - Piscine accessible seulement 2h par jour Sinon le quartier est plutôt propre et proche aéroport. »

« Staff are friendly and easy to communicate. Room is always clean in a daily basis. Easy accessible and walking distance grand mall from hotel. »

« My third time at MarPas and it's always a pleasant experience. Nice gated area and friendly staff. Always easy to work with too for early check-in and check-out. Highly recommended if traveling to the Valencia area »

« There was a majot problem with the air conditioner unit and the owner of the unit tried to make it persay, seem that it was getting fixed but it was just not working after 3 days attemtping to make it happen so i checked out early and paid only amount of my usage and the owner didnt even offer any discount or c9nsideration for the broken a/c unit that made the room super hot. Horrible but instayed at the Sébastien Hotel in Mactan and it was similar price and nice and cool and very secure feeling...

« The unit was very well furnished & decorated. The view of the pool & ocean were very relaxing. The building however, needs exterminator services. The lobby has several mosquitos, and there were several roaches in the kitchen area. Conversations can be heard in the hallway as well as music from the street, so if you need a soundproof unit, look elsewhere. The pool area is huge! Likely 2.5 times an olympic pool in length. The fitness center has enough of the basics to get in a good session. The...

« This place had 100+ problems. Overall a wore out broke down condo. It was stinky (bathroom ventilation problems) and thick grey mold growing. Bunch of junk in the wore out old kitchen. Checkin was uncertain till the last minute. I’ll never stay there again. »
