« Beautiful property within walking distance of so much the town of Alba has to offer. Very clean and nicely equipped/furnished. Unit has been well taken care of and we had no maintenance issues to report. Parking lot out back was safe and super convenient. Pier was super helpful and lives right down the street if you need him. Grocery is across the street. There are probably 40 or so restaurants within walking distance so that was great too! « Lovely property with gorgeous views when the weather permitted. Staff was very friendly. It was slightly confusing at first in terms of driving directly to Palazzo Boeri and having to check in at Felicin, but that was minor and handled well. Breakfast was great. »

« The apartment is in a great location close to town but in a nice quiet area. The apartment is very clean and the bed comfortable. What lets the place down is the lack of maintenance. The terrace table and chairs were rotting and paint peeling off. The kitchen lights have not been connected and so you rely on the cooker hood lights to see- which both bulbs had blown. The toilet seat in the upstairs bathroom has the lid missing and is wobbly. This is such a shame as it is a nice apartment. We...

« Really enjoyed our stay. Host met us at the apartment to walk us through the apartment and show us which keys went to what doors in the building. Furnishings were impeccable and having balcony access was very nice for the evenings. 15 min walk or less to most food/shopping in downtown Alba and right around the corner from a fantastic specialty coffee shop (Especially Coffee Roaster)! Exceeded all expectations. »
