« I recently stayed at this property in the heart of Chaguanas and had a pleasant experience. The neighborhood is safe and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area. Having a private parking lot was a definite plus, especially in such a central location. The space was clean and cozy—perfect for a short stay. However, it might be a bit small for longer visits or business trips where more room is needed, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, I recommend this place...

« The house was fully equipped for what we needed.It would be helpful though to have a few more dishes such as serving bowls etc and maybe one large pot. However, we were able get by with what was there. Also, a few extra kitchen towels and pot holders would be great! I would stay here again since the accommodations were very comfortable and convenient to where we needed to be »

« The location of the property and communication with the host was fantastic! On par with expectations. The neighbors next door were rude however. The house looked like a family was there and had just checked out, and the place was not cleaned. We arrived at 2 am, so decided to stay. The kitchen was very dirty, the stove looked like it had never been cleaned, the sink had old food in the pipes, the window above the kitchen sink had food stains. « The house was well appointed and had plenty of space for four people. Ample privacy as the bedrooms/bathrooms were at were at opposite sides. Great conveniences such as washer and dryer. A car is a necessity if you stay here as it in the countryside, but the area is quiet and peaceful. Everybody we encountered in the local community was friendly. We would suggest a toaster in the kitchen, but with all dishes, pots/pans provided it was a minor inconvenience. Our only complaint was the fact we had...
