Région de Pwani - Réservez votre week-end en appart'hôtel

« The price was high »

« Very nice and spacious rooms. Restaurant at the rooftop was great for views and drinks. Food was just ok. Breakfast buffet was exceptional on the other end. Only tiny complain is the soap pumps in the bathrooms were rusty and not working. Housekeeping obviously knows and ignore! Please replace immediately! Staff super friendly! I would go back! Yes, I would recommend this place! »

« This is FRAUD!! No such Hotel and apartments! I need my money. BOGUS ACCOUNT!! ITS not REAL »

« Outstanding downtown DAR accommodation right near the Zanzibar ferry terminal (200m walk). Spacious comfortable apartments - excellent aircon, and facilities. »

« Other than access to the property and this was due to the ongoing construction of the road going to the property itself, I had a wonderful time at the property, hopefully the roads will be open soon for future visits »

« Alt var bra til jeg fant 2 mus på rommet, de spiste noe av tingene mine som jeg tok med Men den ble rapportert og fikk en annen rom. »

« Nice small hotel in Masaki. Quiet, safe and very nice rooms. Good coffee available in the room. Bed was a bit hard for my liking. Showers with proper pressure. Pool and area around could have benefited from a clean up. It was ok enough, but small things can make a difference in making the place a even more pleasant stay. »

« Personnel désagréable non souriant non aimable, pas à votre écoute, mauvaise odeur des serviettes de bain. Petit déjeuner horrible, le wifi ne fonctionne pas et aucune possibilité d'appeler à l'international, très étonnant pour un 4 étoiles. Ah oui douche, pas d'eau chaude. »

« Hotel in terrible shape. Dirty and desperately in need of.repair and remodeling. Not recommended at all and way too over priced for what we got. »

« I didn't like anything due to the fact we couldn't even find the place in the beginning because it's not an actual hotel. The staff reported my reservations was cancel which was not true so leaving me to think I'm in another country with no where to stay. The place was not clean and look nothing like the picture with the decorations. We had to ask for cleaning supplies the first night just to take a shower and not be discussed. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I'm not the one to do...

« The place is not a hotel I could not stay. Had to find another hotel. Unattended pats. Refused to refund my money »
