« I recently stayed at this property in the heart of Chaguanas and had a pleasant experience. The neighborhood is safe and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area. Having a private parking lot was a definite plus, especially in such a central location. The space was clean and cozy—perfect for a short stay. However, it might be a bit small for longer visits or business trips where more room is needed, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, I recommend this place...

« This property was just as advertised. It was comfortable and inviting. Treston communicated with us to ensure we had everything we needed. If you do not have transport, you do have to walk out to get it, which we did not mind. Otherwise, the place did not disappoint at all. I would stay there again. « Stayed here for 1 week. It was the perfect location as it was close to food outlets as well as supermarkets. The property itself was clean, safe and felt like a home away from home. Will definitely stay here again. »

« The house was fully equipped for what we needed.It would be helpful though to have a few more dishes such as serving bowls etc and maybe one large pot. However, we were able get by with what was there. Also, a few extra kitchen towels and pot holders would be great! « I would start by saying the check in process was easy since Wayne the owner lives on the property. He was there on my arrival and was able to show me how everything works. The property has remote control access gates and doors for the convenience of its guest. This really made life easy. Whenever I had a question Wayne was easily accessible by phone or if needs be he would physically come to help. The location is clean quiet, and the surrounding properties are well kept also.
